This Privacy Policy explains what information VeloGen collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

• Account information — your email address and name when you register.
• Prompts and generated code — the requests you submit and the code produced, stored so you can access your history and saved snippets.
• Usage information — generation counts, timestamps, and selected code context, used to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.
• Device and network data — for anonymous visitors, an anonymized device identifier and IP address used solely for rate limiting the free trial.
• Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

• To provide the code generation service and maintain your history and snippet library.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To manage subscriptions and process payments.
• To respond to support requests you submit.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your prompts, generated code, and saved snippets are private to your account. They are protected by access rules so only you (and, for support purposes, application administrators) can view them. They are never shared with other users.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access to production data is restricted by role-based permissions. Sensitive operations, such as plan changes and account deletion, are performed server-side with authorization checks.

We use a small number of service providers to operate VeloGen: Stripe for payment processing and AI model providers for code generation. Your prompts are sent to an AI model to produce the generated code; they are not used to build advertising profiles.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your profile, generation history, and saved snippets, and cancels any active subscription. Anonymous usage records are kept only for rate-limiting purposes.

You may access your stored history from within the app, request a copy of your data, or request deletion at any time. Contact us through the support page for any privacy-related requests.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
