Terms of Service

By accessing or using VeloGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

VeloGen is an AI-powered tool that generates Wix Velo JavaScript code from plain-English descriptions. VeloGen is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wix.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Anonymous visitors receive 1 free trial generation. Free accounts include 5 generations per month. Pro subscriptions include 50 generations per month (75 per month on the annual plan). Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Attempting to bypass usage limits (for example, by creating multiple accounts or rotating devices) is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by VeloGen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the code generated for you. Generated code is provided for your use in your own projects — commercial or personal — without attribution.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate malicious, deceptive, or unlawful code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures.

Generated code is produced by AI and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to a production site. VeloGen does not guarantee that generated code will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
